⟡ For personal use only.
⟡ Ash unable to do commercial commission due to personal reasons.
⟡ Refunds are generally not offered.
⟡ Please provide clear reference images.
⟡ Ash don’t work with strict deadlines, but I usually aim to complete each commission within 1–2 months depending on the queue. If delays occur due to health or personal reasons, I’ll always keep you informed. If you have a specific deadline, feel free to discuss it with me beforehand.
⟡ My health come first and Ash will compensate you if delay happen because of my own problem.
⟡ Clients who pay the full price upfront will be prioritized.
⟡ Please do not modify, edit, or resell the commissioned artwork.
⟡ Ash will illustrate your characters in my own style. Requests to imitate another artist’s style or mimic AI-generated images exactly will be politely declined. Thank you for your understanding.
⟡ I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel uncomfortable.
⟡ I don't accept rush orders. If you have a tight deadline, please commission in advance.
⟡ For international commissions, feel free to message me directly or use my VGen.
⟡ To be considered before commissioning me; that Ash has health issues and delays may occur beyond the agreed timeframe.

✦ Revision

⟡ Up to 2 major revisions are available during the sketch phase. Minor adjustments are unlimited.
⟡ Major changes after the sketch phase may include an additional fee.
⟡ Any revision after the final piece is completed will also incur a charge.
⟡ To help me bring your vision to life, please be as specific as possible and share clear references.
⟡ An initial sketch will be sent with a full watermark.

✦ Payment

⟡ A 50% upfront payment is required to reserve your slot. The remaining 50% will be requested after you approve the sketch, before final rendering begins.
⟡ Payment options:

—➤ GoPay (local)
⟡ Once payment is made, cancellations and refunds are not available.
⟡ Refunds will only be issued if I’m unable to continue the commission due to health or personal circumstances.
⟡ If you’re unsure about your financial situation or think you might need the funds for something else, I kindly ask that you wait before commissioning me.
⟡ During the payment process, both of our legal names and countries may be visible. By proceeding, both of us agree to respect each other’s privacy and not share personal information.

➤ I am allowed to use the artwork for:
— examples for future commission
— self-promotion.
— post in on my portofolio link

➤ Allowed to:
— share artwork on social media, use the art to promote themselves with a proper credits given to me.
— Making merchandise(art print, keychain etc) from the artwork is permitted on condition that it is for PERSONAL USE ONLY and after asking-getting my permission.
➤ NOT allowed to:
— Claimed the commission artwork as their works,
— Copying or plagiarizing/trace the artwork, use the artwork for anything related to AI(Artificial Intelligence), NFT ( Non Fungible Token ) related activity,
— Using the artwork commercially (unless it’s a commercial commission work and has been agreed upon)✦ ^{________________________________________}➤
